As promised on last night’s episode of PTG, here’s the audio recording of the “Women of the Whedonverse” Panel that took place on Day 2 of the FX International Show. Hosted by “Word Balloon” podcast host John Suintres, the panel featured actors Morena Baccarin (Firefly, Stargate SG-1), Jewel Staite (Firefly, Stargate Atlantis), Julie Benz (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel), Juliet Landau (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel), and Clare Kramer (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). The ladies of the Whedonverse address the questions of the standing-room only event, in addition to talking about their own current projects and expressing their annoyance with the frequent interruptions of the Exhibition Hall PA Announcer.

Though the panel itself ran for an hour, only 45 minutes of the panel consisted of the Q & A session–the last 15 minutes consisted of a video tribute to the late Andy Hallett, who starred on “Angel” and passed away of a heart attack on March 29th, 2009.
