show sounds great. we are really looking forward to working with you!

i cannot imagine NXE working yet. We sometimes still have users that stutter maintaining a 56KBPS stream, much less an HD film which would require, what, min 1MBPS? I don’t even think that would cover it, really.

Comcast brags about their new 56MB speed. Maybe that will work, but from what I have seen of Comcast, service-wise? nahhh…

Mickey bought a PS3. And some blu-ray movies. I hate him.

    Great show!

Thanks, Geoff! Appreciate the feedback, and I’m looking forward to working with you guys, as well!

re: NXE … I haven’t talked yet to my friends who have XBox 360s about their impressions of NXE, but I imagine you’re right. There’s a reason Netflix’s streaming service hasn’t simply exploded yet, and I don’t think making it available to XBox users is going to change that all that much JUST yet. It’s all about the speed of the connection, as you pointed out.

You mentioned Comcast as well, and YEAH, not a single person I’ve talked to has had a good story about Comcast customer service OR equipment. Put it this way – my mom in Miami switched to Comcast at her house, and the experience was SO bad that she went RUNNING back to her previous service, which was DSL FROM THE PHONE COMPANY. Yikes.
