Build tool Ashgrove drops support for its own config format

Two formats, one maintained, no migration tool.

Ashgrove deprecated the configuration format it shipped with, in favour of a newer one it introduced last year. No automated migration is provided.

Why it matters: deprecating a format without a converter transfers a maintainer's afternoon to every user's afternoon. The cost is unchanged in total and much larger in aggregate.
